COVID-19感染拡大により影響を受けた看護学生に対する卒業前技術演習プログラムの評価

Abstract

目的：本研究の目的は、COVID-19 感染拡大により影響を受けた看護学生に対し、卒業前技 術演習を実施し、演習前後で学生へのアンケート調査を行い、看護技術に対する自信や就職 に対する不安の変化を明らかにし、演習プログラムの評価を行うことである。方法：研究方法は、 卒業前技術演習に参加した4 年生の看護学生全員を対象に、無記名の自己記入式アンケー ト（調査項目：看護技術11 項目と精神面4 項目の計15 項目、評価指標： VAS) を実施し調査を 行った。結果：卒業前技術演習前後で比較すると、看護技術ではアンプル・バイアルからの薬 液吸引や輸液セットの使い方などで有意な差がみられた。また就職全体への期待（期待増加 群と期待減少群）では、脈拍の測定とバイタルの同時測定にて有意な差がみられた。考察：卒 業前技術演習は学生の看護技術に対する自信の向上に効果的であり、今後も継続する必要 性が示唆された。

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to conduct a pre-graduation technical exercise program for nursing students affected by the spread of COVID-19; to conduct a questionnaire survey of students before and after the program exercise, so as to identify changes in their confidence with respect to their nursing skills and anxiety about employment; and to evaluate the devised program. Method: Fourth year nursing students who participated in a pregraduation technical exercise program surveyed using a self-administered, unmarked questionnaire (survey items: 15 items in total: 11 nursing skills and 4 mental health items: evaluation index: VAS). Results: Comparing the results before and after pre-graduation technical exercise program, significant differences were observed with respect to nursing skills such as aspiration of medication from ampules/vials and use of infusion sets. In addition, there was a significant difference in overall employment expectations group (increased expectations vs. decreased expectation group) regarding measuring pulse rates and vitals coucurrently. Discussion: The pre-graduation technical exercise program effecticely improced students' confidence in their nursing skills, suggesting the need to continue the practice in the future.
