| Abstract: | 奈良県立医科大学の目指す地域基盤型医療教育について概説した.本学では,平
成18年度から「MDプログラム奈良2006」として,「6年一貫教育」,「成人教育学に基づいた教育」,
「地域を基盤とした教育(Community Based Education」の3つの方針のもとにカリキュラム改
革を進めてきた.本稿では,その重要な柱の一つである地域基盤型医療教育の中での新しい試
みとして, 1)メンター制度, 2)クリニック実習, 3)ぬいぐるみ病院実習, 4)保育所実習, 5)ホ
スピス実習, 6)健康相談実習などを中心に説明している.これらの,新企画を実りあるものに
するためには,関連諸施設の緊密なネットワークが必須である.今後,さらに地域基盤型医療
教育を本学で発展させるために,e-learningシステムの開発も重要であると考える. |
