| Abstract: | 顎顔面骨骨折に対する治療には,顎顔面の形態的,審美的な回復のみならず,咬
合や咀嚼,構音や会話などの機能的な回復が要求される.しかし,顎顔面骨は他の骨ではみら
れない特徴を有しているとともに,下顎骨と中顔面骨では解剖学的な違いにより骨折の様態が
異なっている.従って,治療に際しては各々の部位における骨折の特徴を理解した上で,低侵
襲で最も効果的な方法が選択されるべきである. |
