乳腺原発悪性リンパ腫の1手術症例

Abstract

A case of primary malignant lymphoma of the breast is reported. A 61-year-old woman visited the hospital because of tumor in the upper outer quadrant of the right breast. Palpation, an ultrasonography and mammography suggested breast cancer. Needle aspiration biopsy of the mass yielded tumor cells, so a standard radical mastectomy was performed. The pathological specimen revealed malignant lymphoma, diffused type, medium sized cell, B cell type on LSG classification. Postoperative examination disclosed no abnormal findings and so it was diagnosed as primary malignant lymphoma of the breast.
